§ 30.34 MEETINGS TO BE PUBLIC; EXCEPTIONS; CLOSED SESSIONS.
   (A)   All meetings of the City Council shall be open to the public provided however, the City Council may hold closed sessions pursuant to state law.
   (B)   City council members who are disqualified from participation with respect to a matter to be discussed in closed session shall be excluded from the closed session and shall not knowingly receive any confidential communications with respect thereto.
