(A) The City Council shall hold regular meetings at a date and time established by city council resolution in the council chambers at 150 Civic Center Mall Indio, California.
(B) When the day for any regular meeting falls on a legal holiday such meeting shall be held at the same hour and place on the next succeeding day not a holiday or such other time as designated by the City Council.
(C) The City Council may hold adjourned or special meetings at such other place as may be established in the notice of the adjourned or special meeting. In event of an emergency, meetings may be held at any place designated pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.5.
