(A) A city seal is hereby adopted as the official seal of the city in accordance with the design on file in the office of the City Clerk and as approved by the City Council March 3, 1954.
(B) The seal shall contain the words in a circular manner, “CITY OF INDIO, RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA” and in the lower center portion of the seal the words “INCORPORATED MAY 16, 1930.”
(C) The color scheme, as shown on the design on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted for all city purposes.
