The Downtown Square Commission, hereinafter referred to as the Commission, consists of nine members appointed by the Council. While City residency is not required, the Commission members shall be residents, property owners and/or business owners within the Downtown Square, as defined in Section 30.05, and shall not hold any elective office in the City government.
