CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF INDIANOLA, IOWA
29.02 DEFINITIONS.
When used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
   1.   COMMISSION: The Indianola Human Relations Commission created by this chapter.
   2.   COMMISSIONER: A member of the commission.
   3.   COMPLAINT: A report of discrimination as provided by this chapter.
   4.   PERSON: One or more individuals, partnerships, associations, corporations, legal representatives, trustees, receivers, and the State of Iowa and all political subdivisions and agencies thereof.
