There are eight voting precincts, inclusive, which correspond and are coextensive with the limits of the respective wards established in Section 3.01.
1. Precinct 1. Precinct 1 is located wholly within the First Ward, as described in Section 3.01(1), and is north and east of a line that begins at the intersection of North Jefferson Way and East Hillcrest Avenue, thence east along the centerline of East Hillcrest Avenue to the centerline of North 9th Street, thence south along the centerline of North 9th Street.
2. Precinct 2. Precinct 2 is located wholly within the First Ward, as described in Section 3.01(1), and is south and west of a line that begins at the intersection of North Jefferson Way and East Hillcrest Avenue, thence east along the centerline of East Hillcrest Avenue to the centerline of North 9th Street, thence south along the centerline of North 9th Street.
3. Precinct 3. Precinct 3 is located wholly within the Second Ward, as described in Section 3.01(2), and is east and south of a line that begins at the intersection of Country Club Road with the north corporate limits, thence south along the centerline of Country Club Road to the centerline of West Iowa Avenue, thence west along the centerline of West Iowa Avenue to the intersection of North J Street, thence south along the centerline of North J Street to the intersection of West Euclid Avenue, thence west along the centerline of West Euclid Avenue.
4. Precinct 4. Precinct 4 is located wholly within the Second Ward, as described in Section 3.01(2), and is west and north of a line that begins at the intersection of Country Club Road with the north corporate limits, thence south along the centerline of Country Club Road to the centerline of West Iowa Avenue, thence west along the centerline of West Iowa Avenue to the intersection of North J Street, thence south along the centerline of North J Street to the intersection of West Euclid Avenue, thence west along the centerline of West Euclid Avenue.
5. Precinct 5. Precinct 5 is located wholly within the Third Ward, as described in Section 3.01(3), and is west and south of an imaginary line that begins at the intersection of North Kenwood Boulevard and West Euclid Avenue, thence south along the centerline of North Kenwood Boulevard to the centerline of West 2nd Avenue, thence east along the centerline of West 2nd Avenue to the centerline of South G Street, thence south along the centerline of South G Street.
6. Precinct 6. Precinct 6 is located wholly within the Third Ward, as described in Section 3.01(3), and is east and north of an imaginary line that begins at the intersection of North Kenwood Boulevard and West Euclid Avenue, thence south along the centerline of North Kenwood Boulevard to the centerline of West 2nd Avenue, thence east along the centerline of West 2nd Avenue to the centerline of South G Street, thence south along the centerline of South G Street.
7. Precinct 7. Precinct 7 is located wholly within the Fourth Ward, as described in Section 3.01(4), and is west and south of an imaginary line that begins at the intersection of East Clinton Avenue and North Jefferson Way, thence south along North and South Jefferson Way to the centerline of East Plainview Avenue, thence east along the intersection of East Plainview Avenue to the east corporate limits.
8. Precinct 8. Precinct 8 is located wholly within the Fourth Ward, as described in Section 3.01(4), and is east and north of an imaginary line that begins at the intersection of East Clinton Avenue and North Jefferson Way, thence south along North and South Jefferson Way to the centerline of East Plainview Avenue, thence east along the intersection of East Plainview Avenue to the east corporate limits.
