26.02 APPOINTMENT AND TERM.

CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF INDIANOLA, IOWA

A Civil Service Commission consisting of three members shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council for staggered terms of four years. Terms shall commence on April 1 and shall continue until a successor is appointed but in no event more than six months following the end of the term.
