CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF INDIANOLA, IOWA
24.03 QUALIFICATIONS OF COMMISSIONERS.
Qualifications of the Parks and Recreation Commissioners are as follows:
   1.   Be a minimum age of 18 years.
   2.   Reside within the corporate limits of the City.
   3.   Possess a vital interest in parks and recreation, as demonstrated by application for the position and recommendation by a citizen of the City.
