21.01 APPOINTMENT AND COMPENSATION.

The Council shall appoint by majority vote a City Manager to serve at the discretion of the Council. The City Manager shall receive such compensation as established by resolution of the Council and payment shall be made biweekly from the treasury of the City, in the manner provided for paying other officers and employees.
