The annual fee for a license required by this chapter shall be $100.00, and all licenses shall expire on the last day of December, following date of issuance, unless revoked in the manner prescribed in this chapter. All fees collected under this chapter shall be allocated into the General Fund of the City. A license issued for a part of a year shall be computed on a quarterly basis.
