An application for a license required by this chapter shall be in writing, setting out the true name of the owners of the business, the exact description of the premises upon which the applicant intends to conduct the business, the nature and kinds of material and junk which will be bought, sold or stored, and application shall be accompanied by a deposit of the license fee. A statement that the applicant will abide by and conduct the business according to the provisions of this chapter and other City ordinances shall also be attached.
