§ 155.280 FORMAT AND MATERIALS.
   (A)   The preliminary plan shall be drawn on paper or other media approved by the Division staff at a scale of not more than 100 feet to the inch. Sufficient copies, as required by the Division’s application process, shall be submitted to the Planning and Design Services.
   (B)   In case of an unusually large subdivision, Division staff may modify this requirement and allow a scale of not more than 200 feet to the inch.
   (C)   The plan shall contain a seal from a professional authorized by their accrediting agency as established in the Kentucky Revised Statutes to produce preliminary subdivision plans.
