§ 155.177 PROTECTION OF PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall plant or intentionally damage, transplant, or remove any tree within any street right-of-way or on any municipal-owned property without approval by the agency having jurisdiction for that right-of-way.
   (B)   Any person or property owner acting without prior approval can be subject to the cost associated with any remedial measures necessary to correct an improper action.
