§ 155.154 FORM DISTRICT SPECIFIC LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
   The following form district specific landscape requirements apply regardless of the applicability of general §§ 155.120 through 155.127, 155.140 through 155.154, and 155.165 through 155.179 requirements.
   (A)   See § 155.197 for new single-family residential subdivisions within a suburban workplace form district.
   (B)   Per Chapter 5, Part 5 regardless of the applicability of §§ 155.120 through 155.127, 155.140 through 155.154, and 155.165 through 155.179 requirements the following shall apply. When a property is located in the suburban workplace form district, industrial uses, including structures, loading and truck parking areas, and outdoor storage located within 200 feet of and having a common lot line with residentially used or zoned parcels shall include a 50-foot landscape buffer area with a six-foot berm and canopy trees as required by planting density one.
   (C)   When choosing plant materials refer to the Louisville and the county preferred plant list (§ 155.178) for species that are either native to the county or that perform particularly well in the area and to the Louisville and the county prohibited plant list (Appendix 10B) for species that will not be accepted to meet the requirements of this chapter.
