§ 31.002 COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The compensations of the following officers shall be set by the City Council by ordinance:
      (1)   City Clerk;
      (2)   Police Chief; and
      (3)   Works Director/Code Enforcement Officer.
   (B)   Said compensation are in addition to any and all supplement amounts.
