(A) The official meeting place of the City Council is Louisville Boat Club, 4200 River Road, Indian Hills, Jefferson County, Kentucky.
(B) The City Council shall hold its regular meetings the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
(C) If the regular meeting date falls on a legal holiday as defined by the Kentucky Revised Statutes, the regular meeting shall be on the next following date which is not a legal holiday.
(D) Special meetings may be called as provided by law.
(E) All meetings of a quorum of the City Council shall be open to the public and all public records of the city shall be open for inspection by any person in accordance with KRS 61.805 to 61.884.
