§ 11.01 CITY BOUNDARY.
   (A)   The boundary of the city is described as follows: beginning at a pipe at the north corner of Rudy Lane and U.S. Highway 42, as shown on plat of Winding Falls Estates, Section #1, plat of which is recorded in Plat and Subdivision Book 30, Page 73, in the office of the County Clerk; running thence with the line of the former City of Winding Falls in a westerly direction to its point of intersection with a line of the former City of Robinswood; thence with a line of Robinswood in a westerly direction to its point of intersection with a line of the former City of Indian Hills-Cherokee; thence with a line of the former City of Indian Hills-Cherokee in a southerly direction to Brownsboro Road (and including area annexed by said former City of Indian Hills-Cherokee in 1998); thence in a southwesterly direction with the southern boundary of the former City of Indian Hills-Cherokee to the boundary of the former City of Indian Hills-Country Club; thence with the meanders of the boundary of the former City of Indian Hills-Country Club to its intersection with the northerly boundary of the former City of Indian Hills-Cherokee; thence in an easterly direction with the northern boundary of the former City of Indian Hills-Cherokee to its intersection with the boundary of the former City of Robinswood; thence generally in a westerly direction with the northern boundary of the former City of Robinswood to its point of intersection with the northeasterly boundary of the former City of Winding Falls; thence with the boundary of the former City of Winding Falls in an easterly and northerly direction to the point of beginning.
   (B)   A certain parcel of land located in Louisville Metro, Jefferson County, Kentucky, on the northeast side of Blankenbaker Lane approximately to said road’s intersection with River Road, and more particularly described as follows:
      (1)   The basis of bearings for the following legal description is based upon the Grid North, Kentucky State Plane Coordinate System, Single Zone, (FIPS Code 1600), North American Datum of 1983, from a real time network kinematic observation utilizing the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet network. Records referenced herein are recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
      (2)   Beginning at a MAG Nail found in the northeast right-of-way of Blankenbaker Lane as widened in Plat and Subdivision Book 50, Page 60, having Kentucky State Plane, Single Zone coordinates of north: 3992388.6308, east: 4945400.2963; and being in the easterly line of the City of Indian Hills, Kentucky, pursuant to KRS Ch. 81A(1)(a) and Louisville Metro Resolution 056, Series 2014, thence contiguous with said city line for three calls, and with the easterly line of the G. Murray Turner and Janet C. Murray property, (Deed Book 7474, Page 242, and Deed Book 5597, Page 806), and the southerly line of the Mary C. Hancock property, (Will Book 660, Page 226, and Deed Book 4875, Page 356), for three calls; north 36 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 226.98 feet; thence north 56 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 132.00 feet; thence north 83 degrees 07 minutes 25 seconds east a distance of 316.62 feet; thence with the westerly line of the Catherine J. Hundley property, (Deed Book 78195, Page 989), for seventeen calls, south 08 degrees 21 minutes 32 seconds east a distance of 28.94 feet; thence south 75 degrees 28 minutes 25 seconds west a distance of 29.61 feet; thence south 03 degrees 40 minutes 05 seconds west a distance of 3.77 feet; thence south 82 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds west a distance of 55.41 feet; thence south 36 degrees 26 minutes 43 seconds west a distance of 7.34 feet; thence south 81 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 32.00 feet; thence south 76 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 56.54 feet; thence south 17 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 69.41 feet; thence south 65 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 18.52 feet; thence south 53 degrees 11 minutes 59 seconds east a distance of 45.60 feet; thence south 32 degrees 53 minutes 51 seconds east a distance of 94.72 feet; thence south 01 degrees 04 minutes 24 seconds west a distance of 65.85 feet; thence south 16 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 35.42 feet; thence south 46 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 38.80 feet; thence south 58 degrees 43 minutes 02 seconds west a distance of 45.54 feet; thence south 63 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 46.98 feet; thence south 70 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 77.38 feet to the northeast right-of-way of Blankenbaker Lane as dedicated aforesaid; thence continuing with the northeast right-of-way of Blankenbaker Lane for three calls, north 58 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 69.36 feet; thence north 63 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 140.53 feet; thence north 59 degrees 36 minutes 29 seconds west a distance of 112.66 feet; which is the point of beginning, and containing 3.046 acres.
      (3)   And being, Lots Nos. 1-7 inclusively, along with the right-of-way of Grove Hill Place as shown on the Plat of The Estates of Locust Grove, as recorded in Plat and Subdivision Book 50, Page 60.
   (C)   A certain parcel of land located in Louisville Metro, Jefferson County, Kentucky, at the intersection of Phoenix Hill Road and Phoenix Hill Court, and more particularly described as follows:
      (1)   The basis of bearings for the following legal description is based upon the Grid North, Kentucky State Plane Coordinate System, Single Zone, (FIPS Code 1600), North American Datum of 1983, from a real time network kinematic observation utilizing the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet network. Records referenced herein are recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
      (2)   Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Lot 235 of the Winding Falls Estates, Section 4A, as recorded in Plat and Subdivision Book 36, Page 52, having Kentucky State Plane, Single Zone coordinates of north: 3,992,745.63, east: 4,950,164.80, thence crossing Phoenix Hill Road, 60' right-of-way, south 68 degrees 35 minutes 12 seconds west a distance of 61.59 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 236 of aforesaid subdivision; thence with said lot and Lot 237, Lot 238, and the terminus of Phoenix Hill Court for two calls, south 79 degrees 41 minutes 44 seconds west a distance of 187.66 feet; thence north 31 degrees 09 minutes 26 seconds west a distance of 395.04 feet; thence continuing with Lot 243 for two calls, North 31 degrees 34 minutes 46 seconds west a distance of 179.06 feet; thence north 40 degrees 36 minutes 08 seconds east a distance of 175.84 feet to a point in the south right-of-way of Phoenix Hill Road; thence with said right-of-way, with a curve to the left an arc length of 95.27', and a radius of 362.03', with a chord bearing of south 56 degrees 56 minutes 16 seconds east, and a chord length of 95.00'; thence south 64 degrees 28 minutes 34 seconds east a distance of 276.30 feet; thence with a curve to the right an arc length of 245.13', and a radius of 168.99', with a chord bearing of south 22 degrees 55 minutes 24 seconds east, and a chord length of 224.20'; thence crossing the aforesaid Phoenix Hill Road, 50' right-of-way, south 71 degrees 22 minutes 39 seconds east a distance of 50.00 feet; thence with a curve to the left an arc length of 47.12', and a radius of 30.00', with a chord bearing of south 26 degrees 22 minutes 14 seconds east, and a chord length of 42.43'; thence south 71 degrees 22 minutes 14 seconds east a distance of 75.46 feet; thence crossing Fallsview Road, 50' right-of-way, south 18 degrees 37 minutes 46 seconds west a distance of 50.00 feet to the northeast corner of the aforesaid Lot 235; thence with Lot 235 and the southeast right-of-way of Fallsview Road and Phoenix Hill Road for three calls, thence North 71 degrees 22 minutes 14 seconds west a distance of 70.46 feet; thence with a curve to the left an arc length of 47.12', and a radius of 30.00', with a chord bearing of south 63 degrees 37 minutes 47 seconds west, and a chord length of 42.43’; thence with a compound curve to the left an arc length of 69.83', and a radius of 161.80', with a chord bearing of south 06 degrees 15 minutes 56 seconds west, and a chord length of 69,29'; which is the point of beginning, having an area of 4.768 acres.
      (3)   And being, Lots Nos. 236-243 inclusively, along with the adjoining right-of-way of Phoenix Hill Court, and a portion of the right-of-way of Phoenix Hill Road and Fallsview Road, as shown on the plat of Winding Falls Estates, Section 4A, as recorded in Plat and Subdivision Book 36, Page 52.
