§ 150.04 ADOPTION OF COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
   (A)   There is hereby adopted the Plan 2040 Comprehensive Plan, which is attached hereto and incorporated in this section as if fully set forth herein.
   (B)   The adoption of the Plan 2040 Comprehensive Plan herein shall repeal and replace the Cornerstone 2020 Comprehensive Plan as of January 1, 2019, and shall become applicable on said date.
