(A) It shall be unlawful for a commercial landscaper to mow lawns, including the use of landscaping equipment in the city on Monday through Friday any day before 8:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m., Saturday before 8:00 a.m. or after 3:00 p.m., or during any hour on Sunday.
(B) It shall further be unlawful for residents to mow lawns, including the use of landscaping equipment in the city Monday through Thursday before 8:00 a.m. and after 8:00 p.m. and Friday through Sunday before 8:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m.
