This subchapter shall apply to residential and commercial landscaping maintenance. A COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPER FOR HIRE is defined as a person, firm, or corporation whose business is landscaping, including, but not limited to, cutting grass, weed eating, leaf blowing, hedge trimming, power washing and any use of landscaping equipment that creates excessive noise disturbing residents.
