§ 73.15 PRIMA FACIE PROOF OF PERSON IN CONTROL.
   The fact that any motor vehicle which is illegally parked is registered in the name of a person, firm, or corporation shall be considered prima facie proof that such person, firm, or corporation was in control of the motor vehicle at the time of such parking.
