§ 73.09 ILLEGAL PARKING; OWNER RESPONSIBILITY.
   The fact that any motor vehicle which is illegally parked is registered in the name of a person, firm, or corporation shall be considered prima facie proof that such person, firm, or corporation was in control of the vehicle at the time of such parking.
