§ 31.37  TERMS OF OFFICE.
   For the members first appointed, three shall be appointed for terms of four years; two shall be appointed for terms of three years; two shall be appointed for terms of two years; and one shall be appointed for one year. Subsequent appointments shall be for terms of four years.
