§ 150.04  BOARD OF APPEALS.
   The Board of Appeals as provided for in the ordinance duly appointed by the County Board of Supervisors shall have full authority and responsibility to function within the town limits of the town in conformance with the Uniform Statewide Building Code, being 13 VAC 5-63.
