§ 132.02  TRICK OR TREATING PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to appear on the streets, highways, public places, private homes or public homes in the town, to make trick or treat visitations, except that this section shall not apply to children 12 years of age and younger.
   (B)   Children in this age bracket must, however, comply with the curfew.
