§ 130.087  OWNER OF PROPERTY USED AS HOUSE OF ILL-FAME.
   Any owner or agent of the owner, having control of property rented within the town limits, knowing that the same is being used as a house of ill-fame, or is being resorted to for the purpose of prostitution, or after being notified by the Chief of Police of the town that such property is being used for such purpose, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 for each day he or she shall permit said property to be so occupied after such knowledge or notification, provided that said owner or agent shall not have taken due process of law to vacate said property.
