§ 130.086 RENTING OF PROPERTY FOR USE AS HOUSE OF ILL-FAME.

No person shall rent or lease property within the town limits, either as owner or as agent for the owner, knowing that the same is to be used as a house of ill-fame or it is to be resorted to for the purpose of prostitution.
