§ 130.073  INJURY TO TREES.
   No person shall willfully injure any fruit, shade or ornamental tree or shrub planted by the town authorities or others, or place any sign, advertisement or handbill thereon, or willfully injure or deface any machinery, building, wall, monument or base thereof, fence or enclosure or any sign, awning or other fixture or any other property, real or personal, not his or her own, or post up any show bill, notice or advertisement, or brand, write, mark or paint any sign, letters or characters on the building, wall, fence or property of another person, without first obtaining the consent of the owner of such property.
