§ 111.24  APPROVAL OF SANITARY FACILITIES AND FIRE PREVENTION MEASURES REQUIRED.
   No permit shall be issued pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter until the Health Officer has approved the sanitary facilities and until the Fire Chief has approved the fire prevention measures. Such permit may be revoked if either the Health Officer or the Fire Chief rescinds such approval.
