Permits to operate a dance hall may be revoked by the Town Council for a violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter; provided, that the holder of such permit shall be entitled to a hearing before the Town Council after reasonable notice prior to any action to be taken by the Town Council as to revocation of such permit.
