§ 111.03  UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF INTERIOR.
   It shall be unlawful for any person operating or keeping a billiard room or poolroom to erect or put up curtains, stained-glass windows or any other obstruction that will prevent a clear view from the street into any such establishment.
