§ 111.02  MINORS.
   No minor under 16 years of age shall be employed in, play in or loaf or loiter in or frequent any billiard saloon or poolroom, unless attended by a parent, nor shall any owner or keeper of any such room as set forth above allow any minor to violate the provisions of this section.
