§ 93.02  RESIDENTIAL REQUEST; PETITION.
   (A)   Upon receipt of a request from a resident for installation of a new streetlight, the town will send a blank petition to the applicant.
   (B)   The petition shall require the signatures of at least 51% of those residents within 200 feet of the requested location. This location shall, be described on the petition and the number of the utility pole nearest that location shall be listed.
