It shall be unlawful for any person to place any vehicle or obstruction within 15 feet of any fire hydrant or plug or to obstruct the sight of the same by hitching, placing building material, boxes, cans or in any manner whatsoever obstructing the sight, the easy approach to or the convenient use of the same by the Fire Department, or to obstruct the fire approaches or landings.
