§ 92.05  VEHICLES NOT TO BLOCK STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any vehicle to remain in such a position as to block the street, alleys or fire approaches when the fire alarm sounds and thereafter for such time as may be necessary for the fire apparatus to pass well clear.
