§ 90.09 WHOLESALE POULTRY YARDS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a wholesale poultry yard, wherein quantities of fowl of any and all descriptions are gathered and kept for call or shipment, within 80 feet of any place of human abode with the town.
