§ 90.06  KEEPING OF BULLS OR STALLIONS.
   (A)   No person shall keep any bull, stallion or jackass within the corporate limits unless kept within an enclosure so as to make it impossible for such animal to escape.
   (B)   No such animal shall be grazed within the corporate limits, except in such enclosure, whether in charge of an attendant or not, and shall not be conducted from place to place within the corporate limits, except when securely bridled and constantly in actual charge of some person over 16 years of age and fully competent to control such animal.
