§ 90.05  KEEPING OF LIVESTOCK OR SWINE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner of any pig sty, barn or privy to allow the same to become so unclean that the odor from the same shall become a nuisance or disagreeable to those living nearby.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to keep hogs within the corporate limits of the town without a permit and permission from the Mayor and Town Council.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, raise or fatten any hog or other penned livestock within the town. Each day on which any hog or pig or other livestock is kept enclosed in a pen or shelter and pen within the corporate limits of the town shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (D)   This section shall not apply to those who bring hogs or pigs within the town for the purpose of market or sale, provided that they be not kept within the town for more than 24 hours. This section shall not apply to cows or other livestock kept on pasture land within the town limits and not enclosed in a pen or other space confined so as not to be sanitary.
