Within five days after the conclusion of the public hearing the Commission shall notify the applicant, of the approval or denial of the application upon stated grounds.
(A) If the application is approved, the applicant shall within ten days from receipt of notice, obtain the annual permit upon payment of the annual fee in an amount set by Council from time to time and payment of the balance of any costs incurred by the Commission in connection with the application and hearing.
(B) Upon notice of denial, the applicant shall have the right to have the application reviewed by the Town Council, at its regular meeting, or a special meeting called for the purpose within 30 days whichever shall first occur, upon notice of request for review, mailed or delivered to the town office, within ten days from receipt of the notice of denial.
