§ 71.01  PERMIT FOR OCCUPANCY REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to occupy a trailer, motor home or similar vehicle, (herein referred to as the “vehicle”) designed for temporary or permanent habitation, requiring a title certificate by the Division of Motor Vehicles of the commonwealth, within the town, except as temporary sojourners, and in no event for a period of more than two weeks, without having obtained a permit from the town.
   (B)   For the purpose of this chapter to OCCUPY shall mean to reside in as a regular place of abode or in a manner to give the appearance that the vehicle is used as a regular place of abode.
