§ 53.006 INJURY TO WASTEWATER FACULTY EQUIPMENT.

It shall be unlawful for any person to maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the wastewater facilities.
