§ 53.002 APPLICABILITY.

The requirements of this chapter shall apply to all areas within the extraterritorial limits of the town as established by the reciprocal agreement with the Board of Supervisors of the county, and as they shall be amended and shall apply to all users of the town’s sewer system regardless of location.
