§ 51.46  PUBLICATION OF DECLARATION.
   Upon the declaration of a water emergency, the Town Manager or Utility Director shall immediately post a written notice of the emergency at the front door of the town administration building and shall place a notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the area in which such emergency has been declared.
