§ 51.15  USE OF HYDRANTS.
   (A)   Effective on and after July 1, 1989, it shall be prohibited for anyone to make unauthorized connections to town fire hydrants.
   (B)   A fee in an amount set by Council from time to time per load will be charged for water obtained from fire hydrants with approval from the Water Department. Access to hydrants must be under the supervision of town water officials.
