§ 51.09  STEAM BOILERS.
   Steam boilers, taking a supply of water directly from the service pipe, depending upon hydraulic or hydrostatic pressure in the pipe system in the waterworks supplying such boilers under pressure are required to have tanks erected that will contain ample water for supplying such boiler for at least ten hours, in case the water is cut off for necessary repairs on extensions, as the town will not be responsible for any accidents or damage to which such devices are frequently subject.
