§ 50.24 RECYCLING REQUIRED.

All residences and businesses, whether not operated for profit, shall separate and make available for collection and recycling such categories of waste as will be designated by the Council of the town. The means by which this requirement will be implemented shall be prescribed by the Council of the town.
