§ 150.05 SCHEDULE OF FEES.

   There is hereby established the following schedule of fees for zoning permits, appeals, zoning applications, and other matters pertaining to the city zoning regulations:

The City of Independence reserves the right to request documented proof of contracted amounts. *   All fees are non-refundable. *   All fees to be paid in full at time of submission.

   (A)   All of the fees established herein shall be made payable to the city. The fee must accompany the application and all payments are non-refundable.

   (B)   All zoning and building permit fees shall be doubled for projects started without permits.
