It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation who is the owner, occupant or who is otherwise in possession of any property located in the city to knowingly allow any other person under the age of twenty-one (21) years, except members of the immediate family (spouse or children) of such owner, occupant or possessor, to remain on such property while the possession of any alcoholic beverage or while consuming any alcoholic beverage.
