§ 91.01 CHAPTER 90 OF THE KENTON COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The County Fiscal Court has determined that it is beneficial to the residents of the county to regulate the animal population and animal establishments within the county to ensure that animals are treated humanely, controlled by their owners and custodians, and subject to the authority of Animal Control.
   (B)   Having entered into an interlocal agreement with the City of Independence and other local cities, the county has acquired the duties of regulating animals within the City of Independence.
   (C)   Chapter 90 of the Kenton County Code of Ordinances, as amended by Ordinance 2020-O-06, is hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth in full herein.
