§ 33.06 AUTHORITY TO SIGN AND EXECUTE CHECKS, WITHDRAW AND DEPOSIT FUNDS.
   The City Treasurer and the Mayor are the officers of the city authorized to sign and execute checks, withdraw funds, and deposit funds for the city.
